Unagi Kitashirakawa Brings Kansai-Style Grilled Eel to Tokyo with Exclusive Media Tasting

Tokyo’s culinary scene gained a new landmark in April 2024 with the opening of Unagi Kitashirakawa in Nagatacho. To mark the occasion, the restaurant hosted a special media tasting event titled “Ushi no Ma, Ushi no Ato o Ajiwau Shishokukai” — a showcase designed to prove that premium eel can be enjoyed far beyond the traditional midsummer day of the ox (Doyo no Ushi no Hi).
