The 2018 Tokyo International Film Festival opened up the red carpet to accommodate stars from not only Japan but also globally. None of them bigger than actor/director Ralph Fiennes whose biopic 'The White Crow' depicts the defection of ballet dancer Rudolph Nureyev from the USSR. TIFF 2018 Ambassador Mayu Matsuoka led the star studded Red Carpet.
